We were the ones placing the orders, and it ran on phone calls

Titanio is the AI sales system for distributors and wholesalers. We built it because we spent years on the buying side of that trade, sending thousands of purchase orders by phone and email, and watching every one of them get typed in by hand at the other end.

Where this came from

The four of us built a grocery delivery company together, a YC-backed startup we grew past $6M in revenue and 30,000 customers. Running it meant placing thousands of purchase orders with wholesalers, week after week. Every one went the same way. A phone call or an email, a quote back hours later, and someone at a counter retyping it into an ERP. Almost every physical product reaches a shelf through that chain, and almost none of it is automated. So we built the AI that does the work. Titanio answers the calls, quotes from the catalog, puts the order in the ERP, and chases the follow-up, running on the system the distributor already has.

How we build it

On the ERP you already run. Your ERP stays where it is. Titanio reads and writes to Epicor, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or Infor, and the order lands where your team already looks for it. Live in weeks, not quarters. We map the catalog and the price lists, then sit with the counter and the reps in their first week and fix what the AI gets wrong before they lose patience. Your team stays in charge. The AI answers what it can and writes the rest for the right person, who checks it and sends it. Permissions mirror how your business is already organized.

The four of us

Luis Mario Garcia, Founder & CEO. Second-time YC founder. Built a grocery delivery company to $6.3M in revenue and 30,000 customers, designed its driver, consumer, and warehouse apps, and delivered 1,000 of the orders himself to talk to users. Heber Garza, Founder. Eighteen years writing code. Led engineering at a YC-backed startup and scaled its software to 30,000 customers, and has been founder and CTO of several venture-backed companies. Javier Gonzalez, Founder. Coding since he was twelve. Built an app that reached 500,000 users on his own, and has since built and scaled four complex software products. Fernando Huerta, Founder. Backed by Y Combinator

We went through the Summer 2024 batch. It is the second YC company this team has built together.
